I went into business with my father when I was 21 years old after graduating from College with an Economics degree. I learned from him what he had learned from his father and his grandfather before him – that excellent service and the highest quality product are tremendously important, but even more important is the way in which you treat people.
People are our business as much as anything else.
I think Lachman and Company has the finest, highest quality products available, but I am just as proud of the relationships we have created over the more that 100 years that we have been in business.
I plan to continue the tradition created by my family so many years ago, as well as to continue the commitment we have to expand and continually bring our customers the finest awards and gifts available in the world.
